“ I have ate at Blue Bamboo on several occasions. I have thoroughly enjoyed the Fried Chicken with the Creamy Mac n Cheese. The Hennesy Wings with fries are absolutely delicious and if you have the time order the Brown Stew Snapper or the Steamed Snapper. Chef Ken puts his culinary creativity to these dishes with his own recipe. The owner Chef Ken is always pleasant and takes pride in his cooking and ability to connect with his customers. When I’m in Mount Vernon, this is my go to spot. ”
